Right of Cancellation
In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it:
Cosmetic and Skincare Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, these items can only be returned if the original security seal is intact and the packaging is unopened.
Personalized/Customized Items: Products manufactured to your specific requirements cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Hosiery and Personal Apparel: Items such as tights or insoles cannot be returned once the protective packaging has been opened.
General Merchandise: Must be unused, in the original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@crewbasket.com. Please include your order number and photographic evidence of the issue so that we may evaluate the concern and provide a replacement.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
